1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, donating, or applying for volunteer membership through the official website of Al-Ikhlaas Foundation Pakistan (Registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws of Pakistan, and any associated policies.

2. Donation Transparency & Allocation

All financial contributions made to Al-Ikhlaas Foundation Pakistan are voluntary, charitable gifts intended for humanitarian, healthcare, ration, educational, and disaster relief programs.

• Zakat Allocation: Funds designated as Zakat are disbursed exclusively to Shariah-compliant eligible beneficiaries (Mustahiqeen) as verified through physical screening.
• Sadqah & General Funds: Used to finance free medical camps, ration distribution kits, deep-well water borings, hospital infrastructure, and community empowerment initiatives.
• Official Accounts: Donors must only transfer funds to our verified official accounts (JazzCash: Hamza Siddiqui - 03252674032 / Easypaisa: Haris Siddiqui - 03112454171) or our designated bank IBANs listed on this website.

3. Volunteer & Membership Code of Conduct

Individuals who register as volunteers or members of Al-Ikhlaas Foundation agree to uphold the dignity, non-discrimination policy, and ethical standards of the organization:

• Volunteers must treat all beneficiaries with empathy, compassion, respect, and fairness regardless of sect, race, or creed.
• Volunteers may not solicit or accept personal gifts, unauthorized donations, or commercial payments on behalf of the Foundation without written approval from the Central Secretariat.
• Misrepresentation or misuse of the Foundation’s name, logo, or letterhead for political or personal gain is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate cancellation of membership and legal proceedings.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

The name "Al-Ikhlaas Foundation Pakistan", the official logo, photographic content, video recordings, website design, and published reports are the intellectual property of Al-Ikhlaas Foundation Pakistan. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of the website or organizational activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

6. Revisions & Updates

The Foundation reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time to maintain regulatory compliance and governance standards. Continued use of the website following any changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
